Variegated thread works wonders for free- motion quilting. I love this red-orange look on the eggplant colored background. Hey, don’t forget to pull back tread to front to prevent spiderweb knots on back. I also tie the two threads and bury them with an oversized needle. Stitching on the backside gives a fun look on the front.
